Q: Can I customize a basket?
A. The Basket Lady will make every effort to customize your order to accommodate your specific needs and price range. Just contact us prior to ordering.



Q: How much advance notice do I need to give when ordering a customized gift?
A: Ideally, 24-48 hrs per gift is much appreciated. However, same day customization and delivery may be available depending on location or requested gift. Additional increased same day delivery charges may apply to some areas.



Q: What kind of confirmation will I receive regarding the status of my order?
A: The Basket Lady will send you an email confirmation when your order has been received and when it has been shipped.



Q: Which credit cards does The Basket Lady accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.



Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your purchase. For multiple shipments, multiple charges will occur.



Q: What are your delivery options?
A: We offer local delivery, 3-5 day nationwide ground shipping, and expedited currier service. Rates may vary based on location, requested delivery date, and/or weight.



Q: What is your substitution policy?
A: When necessary, The Basket Lady may substitute products for those of equal or greater value at no additional charge to you.



Q: What is your return policy?
A: Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Any damaged product will be replaced with a similar product of equal or greater value or it will be refunded.



Q: Does The Basket Lady offer volume discounts?
A: Yes! We appreciate your business and will be happy to work with you.



Q: How does The Basket Lady help Corporate clients promote their brand?
A: For our Corporate accounts, we are happy to include Company brochures in your gifts and we offer a full range of items that can be branded with your logo.
